How Do I Make a Return?
To make a return, simply contact our support team at support@sentialskin.com. within 30 days of receiving your order. Ensure the item is in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included. We’ll provide you with return instructions to make the process as smooth as possible.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
My Item Arrived Damaged, What Should I Do?
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at support@sentialskin.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will quickly assist you in processing a replacement at no extra cost.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package's progress.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders go through a processing period of 1-3 business days before being shipped. After processing, shipping takes 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its progress. Please note that delivery times may vary due to peak seasons, national holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.
When will I receive my shipping confirmation?
