Replacement of Items
Once we receive your return request and the returned item, we will send you a new item one time for free.
This replacement policy is applicable only once per order.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during shipping and you have chosen shipping protection, we will send you a new package one time for free.
Please contact our customer service team if you believe your package is lost.
How to Return Your Item
